Wow

Ok so lets start off by saying I left for the holidays without my camera!!!!! freakin A I am a loser. So i have no pictures of Christmas or Kyle and Makenzies wedding. I guess you'll all have to go look on Makenzies blog when she gets them or facebook.... but i can still talk about it, lets start off with Christmas eve, its always amazing!!! First Justins dad was able to be there so it made it even more special cause we have never had a christmas eve with him. So we start with the best food, mostly finger food but we did have some amazing bulgogie and Korean noodles , with angel food cake and caramel , some chicken wings , pinnini sandwiches and won-tons with sweet and sour sauce, shrimp, crackers with cheese ball wow this list could go on and on. Then after we all stuff our selves till we can't move we have some games and this year we all sang a song where we put in our own verse ya totally funny. then we do the nativity and everyone dresses up this year Justin and bill were the wise men!! hahahaha i was the angel (Naturally) Jeremiah and Skylar were Joseph and Mary, Lim and Garrett were shepherds. Then when that was done Justin read the living Christ while Garrett played silent night on his Guitar! it was soo good and i perfect moment to end the night. mom and i got the kids ready for bed while Justin and the boys cleaned up. then of course we have to wait till the kids are asleep till we set up Christmas. Which is one if my favorite things since becoming a parent.

Christmas Day i am always the first to wake up!!! so i have to wake everyone up and we head out to the tree where Santa has clearly spent way to much in a recession and the kids are screaming even the teenagers!!! Then the grown ups watch while all the kids start ripping open there gifts. then when there done the parents start. then for breakfast we have cinnamon pull-a-parts and egg casserole and left overs from last night which we snack on all day. Then we play and sit around and wait for our missionary Mitch to call, we get to talk to him forever and he speaks Spanish now which is awesome and amazing, it probably my favorite thing to do on Christmas day now. Then Justin and i get ready and head over to his brother brad house where the kids get to open more presents we eat more amazing food and leave wondering how were going to fit all these gifts in our car for the ride back to tucson!

Christmas is over and we are in wedding mode!!! Shopping for wedding attire. Justin had to be back for work so i was on my own with the kids which wasn't to bad cause my family is a big help. So we drive to Utah i stay at my aunt Jodie house with the kids while everyone heads to bountiful to help set up. then next day we head to the bountiful temple and its beautiful!!! the sealing was amazing and so special i cried only a little. then when they got out it was lightly snowing and we took pictures. then we all headed to chuck-o-rama to eat i love that place. After that we all headed home to freshen up then head over to the reception it was so beautiful with purple and black and silver, wow. and so many people came that i haven't seen in years!!! it was a little rough with Jacob and he didn't want anyone to hold him but me and we couldn't put him down cause he gets into everything. freak we did have one broken ornament but whats a mom to do with no dad!!! But it was fantastic and I'm so happy that the Carters are now apart of the hawk family and we will always have that carters in our life!!! Its amazing how things work out and the plan Heavenly father has laid out is so weird sometimes! like me having to move to Tucson to find Makenzie for Kyle! lol but seriously now that that's done can i please move!!!! hahahahaha
